Scalar was founded in the fall of 2009 to advise emerging technology companies on their equity grants and fundraising needs. Over subsequent years, Scalar has grown to become a trusted valuation advisor to thousands of companies across a diverse set of industries. Scalar clients range from early stage start-ups to large-cap, publicly traded companies. Scalar has also become an industry leader in portfolio valuations for private-equity, venture-capital, and real-estate funds.
